Series Specs

The Christian Racing Stampede uses the ARCA RE/MAX 08 simulator from The Sim Factory. New drivers are encouraged to start even if the season is underway; provisonal points are automatically issued for missed races. This series is open to all Christian Racing members and their guests. On race day, official practice will open at 8:00 PM Eastern. Qualifying time will be approximately 9:20 with the green flag at approximately 9:40.

There is a custom Christian Racing Car Pack contained in an easy self installer available for download or synchronization and is typically updated weekly. Drivers can submit their custom cars via the link to be added to the car pack to keep racing fun and make it interesting.

There are off weeks built into the schedule. Christian Racing will hold practice, non points events on these off weeks. Race officials reserve the right to substitute tracks in the schedule during the season when deemed necessary.

Except where noted below, the Christian Racing Stampede uses open setups, 70% damage model, 3x fuel, and 2x tire wear. Cautions will be on and the "Lucky Dog" will be in affect. Random weather and mechanical failures will be used.

Series Guidelines

There will be no restarts after the green flag; all drivers are to employ extra caution on the start of the race and all restarts. Drivers should remain quiet on TeamSpeak so everyone can concentrate on the green flag.

On the start and all restarts, the leader will call out "the pace car is in" as the pace car pulls off the track.

When the yellow flag comes out, do not advance your position; there will be no racing back to the line under caution. Racing back to the line under caution is only allowed on the last lap (after the white flag).

The recipient of the "Lucky Dog" must drive through the pits with the lap down cars after receiving the free pass. Obtaining service is optional.

Race officials may employ "quick cautions" by manually clearing yellow flags. However, the sim will be in control of all cautions when the race reaches 10 laps to go.

Drivers should use a staggered formation under the yellow flag and resume a single file as they enter turn three on the one to go lap.

Lap down cars may be asked to drive through the pits when the race reaches 10 laps to go.

Race officials reserve the right to park any driver that brings out 2 yellow flags.

Race officials reserve the right to clear black flags.
