I come from a small little town called Boggy Creek, deep in the heart of the Rider Nation, about 60 miles north of the Montana border. The town is so small that it was unincorporated years ago. The Lord truley blessed me when I asked my high school sweetheart Tracey to marry me, it's been 33 years now and I still can't believe that she said yes!

Tracey and me have two children who are all grown up Rocky and Jenna-Wade, we have also have awesome son in law Ryan, and a beautiful grandaughter Rylee (I call her Beans). I have been a paramedic in an urban center for along time now and after many years working on the ambulance I am now in a Supervisor's role in charge of "A" platoon consiting of 20 paramedics. I cheer for the Kansas City Royals, Kansas City Chiefs and we have been to quite a few games with Darrell and Teresa. Don't forget MIZZOU Go Tigers!

I started sim racing with NASCAR 2, I got online just after TEN dissappeared, and have been racing ever since. Back in the late 90's me and a friend (The World Famous Blackjack Jim) started Christian Racing, I won't get into all of that as there are tidbits on the website that you can read. Over the years Christian Racing has had so many awesome people lead the way with the current Admin Team of Brian Barkley, Mike Lee and James Hackworth at the helm to past Moderators like Ricky Taylor and Darrell Hudlemeyer who have been around since we opened the door so many years ago. I can't believe it's been ten years since I had dinner with Ricky and Hank Taylor at the Olive Garden in Concord Mills, and ten years since I visited the awesome town of Penhook and visited those Young Boys (Jimmy and Eddie) you want to talk about nice people those four guys are so special.

I was lucky enough to be a Beta Tester for iRacing before they launched their service and still have an-e-mail from John Henry thanking me for my contribution, and him giving me all the cars and tracks that were available at the time of launch free of charge. Back then I knew iRacing was going to be good and I am not dissapointed in the very least. My iRacing claim to fame was being in a race with Dale Earnhardt Jr, and hearing him talk on the voice chat; that was a neat deal!

I have been to NASCAR races in Atlanta, Dover, Charlotte, Martinsville and Kansas and met so many of my CR buddies along the way. The two CR LAN events held by Gary Ridgeway in Wabash Indiana really solidified our group back in those days and I still miss Gary very much! I met your current CR Admin Brian Barkley and James Hackworth in Wabash.

I am lucky enough to get to Kansas City at least once a year and sometimes twice a year to visit my good buddy Darrell and the two of us have met quite a few CR members in person from the area, I am hoping to meet Paul Perry and Jason Lance one of these days when we visit Darrell and Teresa. Through the years I have gained many friends and when we race you'all feel like brothers to me and I value the time that we spend together on race nights. I really mean that, I don't make these things up!

A long time ago one of our founding members who was a pastor in Omaha Nebraska counciled me when CR was struggling in the early days. He said "Don't worry about Christian Racing it will be around for as long as the Lord wants it around" It's 2015 and Christian Racing is still around and I take comfort in that! Thank-You Jesus!
